1License & Use

You may use the optimizer for your own stores. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing to Shopify. The content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed for accuracy before use.

2Payments

BatchSEO offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin. Refunds are handled according to Shopify's refund policies.

3Availability

Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may throttle or suspend access to prevent abuse. We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

4Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

5Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
